A country engagement photography session in Jandowae just outside of Dalby
When I arrived in the quaint little town of Jandowae just outside of Dalby in the Darling Downs region of country Queensland, I was in photographer’s heaven.
It was the first time I was meeting Le-elle and Anthony in person and they were in the middle of renovating their house. But we snuck out into town for their engagement session.
The porch of the retired bank in this rundown old Queenslander was the quaintest building I ever did see. A patch of long weedy grass and the museum down the road meant we were overloaded with options for backgrounds. We even did photos in the Fire Station as Anthony has been a long time community fireman.
I can’t wait to return to Jandowae for their wedding next year.
